Return & Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only and do not provide refunds.

  1. Replacement Eligibility
  • Products are eligible for replacement only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via supportconnect@shwamnextgenplay.com with images/videos as proof.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products that show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
  • No replacement is provided for items due to change of mind.
  1. Replacement Process
  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged product.
  • A replacement product will be shipped once we receive the returned item.
  • In case of stock unavailability, we may offer a store credit for future purchases.
  1. Return Shipping
  • The return shipping cost will be covered by us if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • If the issue is not due to our error, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
